GeneralJob Description
Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements of the Company which primarily include commercial real estate investments and operations. In addition, the timely and periodic production of property-level financial statements.
Assist with the preparation of the annual Budget. This process includes analysis of past experience, projection of future operating results and non-recurring items.
Review and assess quarterly budget variances and provide quantitative and qualitative analyses, including line item and Executive Summary analyses, on the Company’s actual results relative to the budget.
Assist the third-party tax accounting firm with identifying, communicating and resolving issues to optimize the tax position of the Company.
Prepare business plans and other important initiatives.
