ACCOUNT MANAGER ENT

We are seeking an Account Manager for the Entertainment Division to provide proactive, consultative support to our clients. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for day‑to‑day operational needs, recommending effective combinations of products and services to meet client objectives. The role requires minimal supervision and includes liaison responsibilities with internal departments to deliver operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary contact with customers and prospects for day‑to‑day operational needs, ensuring the integrity of client relationships.
  • Apply knowledge of bank products to evaluate new opportunities and recommend solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Implement plans designed by the Relationship Manager for each customer.
  • Resolve customer account issues, answer queries on product usage, and assist business management firms with operational tasks such as loan payments, wires, new accounts, and account activity.
  • Handle customer complaints, conduct follow‑up for overdrafts and related matters, and determine appropriate resolution methods.
  • Analyze customer needs to cross‑sell banking services and direct clients to appropriate departments or Relationship Managers.
  • Develop new business through referrals and existing clients, including participation in a customer call program.
  • Provide operational coverage, review deposits, approve checks, prepare wire transfers, and record debit and credit entries for accounts.
  • Approve or decline large deposits based on account history and authority limits.
  • Maintain knowledge of account activity through regular review of reports, identifying potential problems and preventing financial loss.
  • Set up merchant accounts, coordinate fees, and, if necessary, visit merchant sites for verification.
  • Manage overdue Personal Overdraft Sweeps and refer delinquencies to the Special Asset Department for collection.
  • Support established bank programs such as Customer First, CRA, and affirmative action initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in client service, banking operations, or relationship management support.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with bank products and services (e.g., deposits, wealth management, cash management, international).

Additional Qualifications

  • Typical candidates have 5+ years of experience in banking operations and servicing or equivalent training.
COMPENSATION

Starting base salary: $65,296 – $104,304 per year. Exact compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. The role is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
