The Louis Vuitton Beauty Stylist is a dedicated expert in beauty, playing a critical role in establishing the Maison's reputation in its new metier. As a skilled professional, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, combine technical expertise with innovative storytelling, and act as an ambassador for the Louis Vuitton beauty vision. Additionally, you will inspire and elevate the in-store teams by sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of excellence.

They also bring the brand to life through storytelling and education, supporting team training and mentoring to elevate overall expertise. In addition, they uphold luxury standards by maintaining impeccable hygiene, organization, and grooming, ensuring the beauty space reflects the brand’s aesthetic. Finally, they collaborate closely with the wider store team, sharing insights and techniques to support a strong, unified client experience.

A Beauty Stylist delivers an elevated, personalized client experience by understanding individual needs, offering customized beauty advice, and building long‑term relationships that drive loyalty. They demonstrate advanced technical expertise in makeup artistry, providing product selection guidance, shade matching, and application techniques while staying current on trends and innovations.

• Technical skills:
  Advanced makeup application expertise with strong product, technique, and tool knowledge; able to interpret and adapt looks to suit different clients, occasions, and preferences.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $32-$38 plus the opportunity for commission, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long‑term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
