CompensationStarting at $85,000+ per year (based on experience)
Incentives$20,000 sign‑on bonus + ongoing student loan repayment ($350/month)
About the RoleSelect Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full‑time Center Manager or Center Manager‑in‑Training role. Experienced Center Managers or PTs with at least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience looking to move into leadership are encouraged to apply.
In this role, you will manage a patient caseload while supporting daily clinic operations, guiding clinical and front office staff, and helping create an exceptional patient experience. Candidates entering as Center Manager‑in‑Training will receive dedicated leadership development with the goal of promotion within 12-18 months.

Responsibilities & Qualifications- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
