Job Title: Part-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist (OTR)
Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling
Compensation: $60–$65/hour (W-2)
About the RoleWe are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to support a Pre-K–12 student population across preschool, middle school, and high school settings. This position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for an OT who values autonomy in structuring their workweek.
The district is looking for the equivalent of a 3-day provider (21–22 billable hours/week). Those hours can be distributed across 3, 4, or 5 days based on the therapist’s availability.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop and write reports and IEPs
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide direct therapy services to students
- Offer consultation to teachers and staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Grades Pre-K through 12
- Mix of preschool, middle school, and high school students
- Active OTR license required
- Prior school-based experience required
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and educational documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
