Working alongside the Director of Food and Beverage at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Room Service Manager (Department Head level) who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

• Support team member growth and performance through supervision, coaching, evaluations, and recognition initiatives
• Monitor product quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction trends; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Assist with marketing efforts and upselling strategies to promote food and beverage offerings and increase overall revenue

• Previous management or supervisory experience is required, including bar management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Previous food service experience with the ability to perform multiple jobs within the restaurant
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays as required

The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $90,000.
