- Classification:
Full‑Time - Shift: Flexible – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this role is $24.13 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
As a Food and Beverage Reservationist Agent, you would be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound restaurant reservations while supporting the administrative and operational flow of the restaurant. This role plays a critical part in optimizing table inventory, pacing service, capturing revenue opportunities, and ensuring seamless communication between guests and the restaurant team.
- Professionally handle all inbound and outbound reservation calls, inquiries for large parties and private dining requests.
- Monitor and respond promptly to reservation emails and online inquiries.
- Accurately input, modify, and manage bookings in Open Table.
- Ensure proper documentation of special requests, VIP notes, allergies, celebrations, and guest preferences.
- Proactively manage waitlists and cancellation lists to maximize occupancy.
- Confirm reservations as needed to reduce no‑shows.
- Capture and securely process credit card guarantees and deposits when required.
- Assist in pre‑shift communication regarding reservation notes and service flow.
- Coordinate closely with Restaurant Managers and Hosts to align on cover counts and turn times.
