ABOUT THE HÔTEL LILI:

Originally built as a private residence in 1939, The Hôtel Lili has been thoughtfully and intentionally reimagined as an intimate 44-room boutique hotel nestled in one of Los Angeles' most exclusive enclaves. POSITION PROFILE:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for all guest rooms and the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department at The Hôtel Lili, overseeing daily assignments, room inspections, and employee relations. The ideal candidate brings excellent leadership skills to the role.

THE TASK AT HAND:

• Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations, stepping in directly during high-occupancy periods.

• Maintain the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms, common areas, and offices, and maintain guest room collateral.

• Inspect rooms, halls, lobby, bathrooms, and storage areas for repair or replacement needs, reporting damage and improvement opportunities to management.

• Advise the Front Desk of room readiness and respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Train, counsel, and discipline housekeeping team members, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Ensure correct cleaning chemical use and uniform guidelines and manage wages and controllable expenses against budget.

• Lead by example, staying visible to staff and fostering an environment of respect, fairness, and open communication.

• Continuously improve guest and client experiences, helping manage the property's overall reputation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Required

• 1 year of related experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Strong working knowledge of and passion for hospitality; guest-service oriented, with strong knowledge of cleaning products.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and push, pull, or lift up to 30 lbs.
