Overview
Finance company is seeking a VP, Human Resources to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership in a global private equity environment
- Lead and evolve firmwide HR strategy across culture, talent, performance, and employee engagement
- Drive leadership development, learning initiatives, and succession planning
- Oversee employee relations, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Design and deliver compensation programs aligned with business objectives
- Guide organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
- Enhance HR processes, systems, and service delivery to support high performance
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within finance required
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- High emotional intelligence with strong judgment and decision-making skills
