Job Overview
We are looking to hire a full-time HR Manager / Recruiter for DNAM Brands. In this role, you will lead talent acquisition and oversee core HR operations across our portfolio of iconic brands—including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. Partnering closely with leadership, you will manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, creative, and operational roles while supporting onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance management initiatives.
This role requires a strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and the ability to build structured, scalable processes within a fast‑paced fashion and e‑commerce environment.
The HR Manager / Recruiter plays a critical role in shaping our team—attracting top talent, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture that supports growth, accountability, and long‑term success. You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.
Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in HR and recruiting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience recruiting for creative, e-commerce, or fashion roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, creative, and operational roles
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs
- Manage onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies
- Partner with leadership on performance management and workforce planning
- Oversee HR compliance, documentation, and internal processes
