Gersh is seeking a detail‑oriented, systems‑mindful Operations & Systems Coordinator to support reporting, workflow optimization, and cross‑departmental operations. Reporting to the Managing Partner & Head of Operations, this role sits at the intersection of Operations, Finance, and IT. The Coordinator will develop operational dashboards, streamline workflows, support automation and AI initiatives, that help teams understand data and work more efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who excels in analysis, documentation, and designing practical, scalable solutions.
Reporting& Data Analysis
- Extract, analyze, and validate data from Net Suite and related systems to create accurate operational and financial reports.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Net Suite to support leadership visibility and decision‑making.
- Present complex information in simple, intuitive formats for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and manual processes; recommend technology‑driven improvements.
- Partner with IT to design, document, and support Power Automate workflows.
- Create and maintain SharePoint pages, lists, libraries, and documentation to support operational processes.
- Collaborate with IT to define requirements and content for internal AI chatbots; assist with hands‑on configuration.
- Support updates to internal portals and operational content across departments.
- Manage software subscription inventory and user licenses; assist Finance with budgeting and renewal tracking.
- Serve as a liaison between Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate data flow and alignment across systems.
- Train employees on dashboards, reports, automation tools, and system updates.
- Ensure all solutions and processes follow established security, access, and governance policies.
- 2+ years of work experience in operations, business analytics, reporting, or a similar role.
- Experience collaborating with Finance, IT, and cross‑functional teams.
- Data visualization experience (Power BI or similar).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Net Suite preferred).
- Understanding of automation tools (Power Automate or similar).
- Experience creating or maintaining SharePoint content.
- Exposure to AI agent/chatbot configuration and defining use cases.
- Basic SQL skills for extracting and validating data.
- Fluent/advanced working proficiency in Spanish preferred, though not required.
$70–75K + Full Benefits
