Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain

We are looking for an entry to mid-level business systems analyst with a background in production and or manufacturing in the apparel industry to help support various Supply Chain departments within our organization. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem solver, multi-tasker, with some familiarity of the SDLC. Experience with multiple ERP, MRP or PLM systems would be a bonus.

As a person who enjoys bridging the gap between technology and business, responsibilities will include regular interfacing with both internal and external partners, troubleshooting daily issues, and assisting in developing solutions to help maximize efficiencies for the business.

• Investigate user reported issues or pain points and executing immediate solutions
• Recreating and documenting reported issues for long term solutions
• Help to configure and maintain the systems that support various Supply Chain teams
• Recurring meetings with various business partners to maintain communications on projects, tasks, or new requests
• Assisting other members of the BA team with projects and ad hoc activities
• Provide end user training for new processes or development
• Documenting processes and maintenance of document archives
• Execute testing plans for software or configuration changes
• Light data analysis and reporting to enable informed decision making
• Continuous and proactive identification of opportunities for improvement

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical mindset with technical aptitude capable of translating business requirements into practical software solutions
• Self-motivation, a strong sense of accountability, detail oriented and good organizational skills
• Able to work independently, organize priorities in a thoughtful manner, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Experience in Business Analysis, ERP analysis, or application support of commonly used tools in the apparel industry
• BA in Business Administration preferred

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range.

Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
