Senior System Engineer

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in Microsoft infrastructure and enterprise migrations. This individual will serve as a trusted technical advisor, working directly with clients to assess environments, resolve complex issues, and lead strategic migration initiatives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues and escalations.
• Conduct client environment assessments and provide infrastructure recommendations.
• Lead and support Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Exchange migrations.
• Design and implement enterprise infrastructure solutions and ownership models.
• Execute domain migrations, tenant consolidations, and company acquisition integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and minimal business disruption.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Active Directory (AD)
• Microsoft Exchange
• Proven experience leading:
• Domain migrations
• Company mergers, acquisitions, and infrastructure consolidations
• Cloud migration projects
• Ability to own projects from design through implementation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Personable, professional, and comfortable working directly with executive-level stakeholders.

• Experience serving as a senior escalation point or "super ticket taker" for complex infrastructure issues.
• Consulting or managed services experience.
