Senior Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic AI transformation program comprising multiple interrelated projects across technology and business functions.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex enterprise programs within hybrid delivery environments, providing consistent leadership to executive sponsors, stakeholders, and technical teams. You will be comfortable navigating organizational complexity, aligning multiple work streams with strategic objectives, and adapting delivery approaches to meet evolving business priorities.

You will establish measurable objectives and key results (OKRs), communicate program health through meaningful metrics and executive reporting, and tailor communications for audiences ranging from senior leadership to steering committees.

Success in this role requires the ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority, partnering with cross-functional teams to define effective delivery strategies and enable high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of a complex enterprise AI program, coordinating multiple technology and business work streams.
  • Partner with PMO leadership to develop and maintain program roadmaps covering strategic initiatives, technology delivery, governance activities, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive strategic transformation initiatives that improve business capability, operational efficiency, and technology adoption.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Technical Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to develop business cases and program proposals.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and expected business outcomes.
  • Own program governance, including executive reporting, business case approvals, steering committee materials, and status communications.
  • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, change requests, resource planning, and prioritization activities.
  • Provide strategic oversight of program governance, continuously assessing investment value, delivery risks, and business impact.
  • Align priorities across multiple projects to maximize delivery value and effective resource utilization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for complex program challenges, providing objective recommendations and transparent reporting.
  • Manage the complete program lifecycle from initiation through successful transition into operational support.
  • Champion continuous improvement by embedding program management best practices and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Mentor and support less experienced project and program professionals across the organization.
  • Travel periodically to support distributed teams, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery activities as required.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience delivering enterprise AI or intelligent automation programs; platform-specific knowledge or certifications are advantageous.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including workshops, planning sessions, and executive steering committees.
  • Expertise in program planning, roadmap development, estimation techniques, and delivery forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and governance.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering programs using Waterfall, Agile, Lean, and scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
  • Professional program or project management certification such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMI, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
