UI​/UX Designer

DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are looking to hire a full-time UI/UX Designer for DNAM Brands. In this role, you will lead the design and optimisation of digital experiences across our portfolio of brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka.

You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually compelling, and conversion-focused experiences across web and mobile platforms that strengthen customer engagement and drive e-commerce performance. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is comfortable balancing creative vision with analytical decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

• Website UI/UX design & optimisation
• Customer journey mapping & user flows
• Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
• Mobile and responsive design
• Data-driven testing & iteration

You will partner closely with E-Commerce, Marketing, Development, and Creative teams to ensure digital experiences align with both brand identity and business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of user behaviour, modern e-commerce best practices, and the ability to use data and insights to inform design decisions.
