Role Overview :FRAME is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to oversee enterprise applications, integrations, EDI, infrastructure and cybersecurity across its retail, e-commerce, wholesale and corporate operations.
This role combines ERP administration, software engineering, project management and IT operations. The Senior Manager will coordinate internal resources and third-party partners while actively participating in technical design, troubleshooting and project delivery.
Responsibilities: ERP and Enterprise Applications- Administer and support FRAME’s ERP and related business applications.
- Manage system configuration, user access, workflows and master-data controls.
- Support order management, inventory, purchasing, allocation, fulfillment, receiving and financial processes.
- Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, testing and deployments.
- Maintain alignment across ERP, PLM, e-commerce, POS, OMS, WMS and reporting platforms.
- Document system configurations, integrations and support procedures.
- Manage EDI transactions with wholesale customers, vendors, 3PLs and logistics partners.
- Support transactions such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 846, 940 and 945.
- Monitor EDI and integration failures and coordinate their resolution.
- Manage APIs, middleware, SFTP and other file-based integrations.
- Lead mapping, testing and certification with trading partners.
- Establish reconciliation, alerting and error-handling procedures.
- Provide technical oversight for integrations, internal development and automation.
- Support API, SQL, scripting and data-transformation activities.
- Review technical designs, code quality and deployment plans.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data accuracy.
- Maintain development, testing, version-control and release-management standards.
- Manage application, integration, infrastructure and security projects.
- Develop requirements, project plans, timelines, budgets and status reports.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
- Manage technology vendors, consultants and managed-service providers.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, performance and service-level agreements.
- Escalate risks, delays and critical decisions to senior leadership.
- Oversee technology supporting FRAME’s offices, stores and warehouse operations.
- Manage networks, endpoints, cloud services, identity access and collaboration tools.
- Maintain security controls, including MFA, endpoint protection, access reviews and vulnerability remediation.
- Coordinate security assessments, incident response and compliance activities.
- Maintain backup, disaster-recovery and business-continuity procedures.
- Support infrastructure requirements for new stores, offices and warehouse locations.
- Manage and develop internal technical resources.
- Coordinate priorities across internal teams and third-party providers.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, E-commerce and Customer Service.
- Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions.
- Maintain clear ownership, documentation and escalation processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, integrations, software engineering or IT operations.
- 3+ years of experience managing technical resources, vendors or major projects.
- Strong ERP administration and configuration experience.
- Extensive knowledge of EDI, APIs, SQL, middleware and data integrations.
- Experience with infrastructure, cybersecurity and identity-access management.
- Strong project-management and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot critical production issues.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, luxury or consumer retail.
- Knowledge of Blue Cherry ERP/PLM or a comparable apparel ERP.
- Experience with Shopify, New Store, WMS, 3PL and omnichannel platforms.
- Understanding of wholesale orders, ASNs, UCC labels and warehouse receiving.
- Experience supporting corporate offices, retail stores and distribution centers.
- Project-management, security or cloud certifications.
