Description

We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our team in Beverly Hills, California, on a Contract to permanent basis.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical legal processes, including research, drafting, and discovery, while supporting the firm's litigation activities. Candidates who excel in this position may be considered for permanent roles involving trial representation and other advanced responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.

- Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

- Manage the discovery process, including document review and responses.

- Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions as needed.

- Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute to decision-making processes.

Requirements

- Must hold a valid California attorney license and be authorized to practice law.

- Proven experience in civil litigation is essential.

- Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documentation.

- Solid understanding of discovery processes, including document review.

- Exceptional legal research abilities and attention to detail.
