As our Litigation Legal Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on high-value cases that are often ground-breaking and newsworthy.

• Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel
• Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal courts
• Manage and calendar court deadlines
• Support our attorneys in all phases of litigation
• Assist in drafting pleadings and complaints
• Assist paralegals in propounding and responding to discovery
• Maintain organized case files

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Personal Injury experience highly preferred
• Ability to act independently and in a team-based environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Confident in a paperless work environment
• Knowledge of e-Filing and California rules
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to commute to Beverly Hills
• Type at least 40 wpm

• $50,000 - $90,000 depending on experience plus performance-based incentives
