We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to manage and litigate a caseload of personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fighting for justice on behalf of injured clients, a strong understanding of personal injury law, and the ability to handle all aspects of the litigation process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trials
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
- Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience, including hands‑on litigation experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in [State]
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines
