Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to manage and litigate a caseload of personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fighting for justice on behalf of injured clients, a strong understanding of personal injury law, and the ability to handle all aspects of the litigation process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and options
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience, including hands‑on litigation experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in [State]
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines
