Our client, a powerhouse firm in the Los Angeles market, is looking for a Senior Attorney with elite-level deposition skills to join their premier litigation team. While the immediate focus for the coming year will be leading high-stakes depositions-specifically involving complex medical experts-this is a long-term career play with a clear trajectory toward trial leadership and firm growth.

You will be working directly alongside a highly reputable Partner in the LA market, serving as the "tip of the spear" in discovery before transitioning into broader trial and strategic management responsibilities.

The Profile

• The Expert Specialist: You have extensive experience deconstructing the testimony of medical professionals (Physicians, Surgeons, IMEs, and Technical Experts). You know how to read the medicine as well as you read the law.
• Master Litigator: You have 8-15+ years of experience and are looking for a "home" where your technical mastery in the deposition room is rewarded with both high compensation and professional longevity.
• Strategic Closer: You don't just "take" depositions; you use them to build the foundation for multi-million dollar wins and defense verdicts.
• Collaborative Leader: This is a fully in-office role near Beverly Hills, designed for an attorney who values face-to-face strategy and being an integral part of a high-energy, reputable team.

Requirements

• Active Member of the California State Bar (in good standing).
• Significant experience in high-exposure litigation (Medical Malpractice, Catastrophic Injury, or Complex Tort).
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of expert depositions with minimal supervision.
• A desire for a long-term, stable, and growing career within a prestigious Beverly Hills practice.
