Our customer, a well-respected law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is a full-time, interim position with a strong possibility of converting to a permanent position.
Location: On-site in Beverly Hills, CA
Start Date: Start within 2 weeks
Duration: 6‑Month Contract (with potential to convert to permanent role!)
Schedule: Full-time hours with traditional office hours

Role Overview
You will represent consumers in cases involving defective vehicles and warranty-related disputes. This position is ideal for an attorney passionate about consumer advocacy, litigation strategy, and hands-on client interaction and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents including demand letters, briefs, motions, and related filings
- Handle arbitration, mediation, and court appearances, both remote and in-person as needed.
- Manage and track a busy litigation caseload
- Communicate with clients clearly and compassionately throughout each case
- Review discovery, conduct Meet & Confers and file motions
Evaluate potential claims by reviewing repair records and warranties
- Advise clients on state and federal lemon law eligibility
- Communicate with manufacturers, dealerships, and opposing counsel
- Negotiate settlements, refunds, or vehicle replacements
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active and in-good-standing California Bar License
- Experience in consumer litigation, warranty law, or auto-related legal matters
- Strong courtroom advocacy and legal writing abilities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Lemon Law experience (highly preferred)
- A proactive, “go-above-and-beyond” mindset
- Exceptional client service skills
