Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to be the engine behind a high-volume, multi-brand apparel marketing organization. This leader will act as a force multiplier for the marketing and creative teams—unlocking speed, clarity, and consistency through smart processes, tight project management, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

This role leads a team of three focused on photo and video production and asset management. You’ll sit at the center of photo studio operations, digital asset workflows, and the integration of project management, DAM, and GenAI tools—making sure work moves smoothly from brief to delivery.

Work Location
  • Currently based in Bell, CA with in-office presence Monday–Friday.
  • Upon the move to a new HQ in Beverly Hills (Spring 2026), this role will be in-office at least 4 days per week, with the option for 1 remote day per week, business permitting.
What You’ll Own
  • Lead day-to-day photo services operations and studio execution for eCommerce and marketing needs.
  • Maintain and elevate operational standards for studio workflows.
  • Own intake, prioritization, scheduling, and capacity planning for the studio team.
  • Drive clarity around priorities, timelines, ownership, and deliverables.
  • Streamline end-to-end workflows for eCommerce assets (planning, post-production, naming, delivery).
  • Continuously evolve workflows and protocols as the business scales and needs change.
  • Support a major initiative integrating GenAI, project management, and digital asset management platforms.
  • Help define, document, and embed operational processes and workflows within a new cloud-based marketing and creative ops stack.
  • Partner on governance, metadata strategy, and user journeys for both facilitators and internal “clients.”
  • Act as a super-user and go-to expert across PM, DAM, and related systems.
  • Contribute to user guidelines, best practices, and training to drive adoption.
Workflow Process & Operational Excellence
  • Enforce end-to-end operational processes across:
  • Asset management and trafficking (from naming conventions through final delivery)
  • Cross-functional marketing requests
  • Creative review and approvals
  • Information management
  • Approval logic and decision flows
  • Standardize how work is requested, prioritized, executed, and delivered to stakeholders.
Operations Leadership & Cross-Functional Partner
  • Serve as the day-to-day operational point person for photo services and marketing operations.
  • Act as the “first responder” for photo services requests and a trusted right hand to Project Managers for Packaging and Creative Services.
  • Lead teams through change, ambiguity, and resistance with a calm, solutions-oriented, service mindset.
What You Bring
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations within apparel, club retail wholesale, multi-brand apparel wholesale, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Proven success designing, rolling out, and refining operational processes and procedures.
  • Experience driving adoption of new tools, systems, and ways of working across teams.
  • Hands‑on ownership of project management and digital asset management tools.
  • Experience leading teams through change and overcoming resistance to new workflows.
  • A track record of operating as an operational authority and decision‑maker—not just a support function.
  • Proficiency and enthusiasm for leveraging GenAI in creative and content production.
Key Skills & Attributes
  • Exceptional ability to manage and reprioritize multiple projects and work streams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Sharp risk awareness and the ability to anticipate roadblocks and build mitigation plans.
  • High emotional intelligence; able to read subtext, navigate complex dynamics, and drive alignment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • Commitment to excellence and pride in building scalable, reliable operations.
  • Ability to empower teams to operate independently within clearly defined systems and frameworks.
  • Comfort thriving in a dynamic, high‑velocity environment with competing priorities.

If you’re a marketing operations leader who loves building scalable systems, leading through change, and enabling creative teams to move faster with less friction, we’d love to connect. Apply here!
