The Boutique Director leads boutique sales, client development, team performance, and daily operations. This role drives business growth while delivering an exceptional client experience and upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales goals and KPIs, develop strategic sales plans, and pursue local business opportunities.
- Train, motivate, and develop the boutique team; coach on the selling floor and oversee performance reviews and recruitment.
- Deliver exceptional client service, develop CRM activities, and execute client events and outreach.
- Oversee boutique expenses, staffing, scheduling, reporting, inventory, shipping, security, and stock quality.
- Maintain boutique standards and visual merchandising in alignment with brand guidelines.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in luxury retail and/or the service industry.
- Experience developing teams and implementing actionable development plans.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Professional, proactive, adaptable, and able to motivate and collaborate with a team.
