Production Manager - Overseas

We are looking to hire a full-time Production Manager for DNAM Brands.

In this role, you will oversee overseas manufacturing across our portfolio of iconic brands including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. Acting as a key partner between Design, Sourcing, and external factories, you will manage production timelines, vendor communication, and workflow execution to ensure product is delivered on time and meets brand quality standards. This role is highly operational, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple styles and production calendars simultaneously.

The Production Manager plays a critical role in driving efficient global production, maintaining consistency across vendors, and ensuring development transitions smoothly into bulk manufacturing.

You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.

• 3+ years of production experience in apparel manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of overseas production processes and factory workflows
• Experience working with Asia-based vendors and suppliers
• Ability to manage multiple styles and timelines simultaneously

• Manage overseas production from development through bulk delivery
• Coordinate with factories to track timelines, capacity, and production status
• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost targets
• Review and approve production samples, lab dips, and trims
• Communicate daily with vendors regarding production updates and issue resolution
