The Opportunity:

The Beauty Category Lead will be responsible for owning the marketing and design forSuper

Ordinary’s Beauty Channel on Tik Tok. The Beauty Category Lead will need tohave an in-depth understanding of beauty products, including primaryingredients, primary uses of products, and other detailed informationconcerning items across the beauty category. This position will work closely with the VP of Tik Tok Operations to craft the Tik Tok Channel properly, andensure growth via excellent content. This role will work cross-functionally with the commerce and social teams to optimize the online customer experience,increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.

Candidates that excel in this role will be self-starters, quick learners, detail-oriented,and well-organized.

• Day-to-day operations of the Super Ordinary Beauty Channel on Tik Tok
• Make sure design and marketing efforts are in alignment with brand goals and targetaudiences
• Optimizing channel reach and efficiency, and driving sales revenue
• Immediate troubleshooting on the platform as issues arise

• 1to 3 years of hands-on experience growing social platforms such as Tik Tok,Instagram, Youtube, etc.
• Good understanding of algorithms on Tik Tok, You Tube, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Detail-oriented and a natural curiosity for new things
• Excitementto work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Thepay range for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000. Actualpay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, includingyour residence location and prior work experience. Equity,benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation for this role and are not included in the providedpay range.
