We’re looking for a proactive, culturally-connected Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of local marketing activity across Los Angeles and New York. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is comfortable getting involved across a broad range of local activity, and excited by launches, events, partnerships, influencers and community building.

Reporting into the UK Marketing Team, with Founder support in LA, you’ll be Townhouse’s local pair of hands on the ground – building relationships, coordinating events, supporting group bookings, hosting creators, gathering content and spotting local opportunities.

• Support salon launches, local events, brand activations and community outreach across LA and New York.
• Maintain partnerships and contact trackers, manage follow-ups and help coordinate agreed activity.
• Identify relevant local creators, tastemakers and community figures, supporting appointments, gifting and follow-up.
• Share local competitor activity, cultural moments and customer insights with the UK team.
• Support activity designed to drive memberships, bookings, group bookings and local awareness, working closely with the UK commercial team on group booking and event enquiries.
• Provide simple weekly reporting covering outreach, partnerships, events, content and key learnings.
• Act as an additional pair of hands locally wherever marketing activity requires in-person support.

• Experience in marketing, PR, social media, events, partnerships or brand activation, ideally within beauty/wellness/hospitality.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable reaching out directly to brands, creators and local contacts.
• Creative eye and a good understanding of our brand.
• Happy getting involved in the detail, rather than setting strategy independently.
• Comfortable working independently while staying closely connected to a wider remote UK team.
• A genuine interest in nails, beauty or wellness.

This is a full‑time role based in Los Angeles, with responsibility for marketing activity across LA and New York. Some travel to New York should be expected to support launches, partnerships and local activations.
