Responsibilities- Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- Minimum 18 patients per day
- Chronic pain management experience required
- Panel management experience required
- Mixed pediatric and adult patients
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar setting
- BLS certification required
- Ongoing assignment
