Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) - Outpatient Clinic (Urology Preferred)

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Job Summary

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) provides direct patient care and clinical support in an outpatient specialty clinic setting. This role involves assisting physicians with patient evaluations, performing clinical procedures, supporting urology-focused care, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The LVN/LPN will work in a fast-paced ambulatory environment with a strong emphasis on patient safety, documentation accuracy, and EPIC EMR utilization.
Required Qualifications

• Active California LVN License required (must be active at time of submission).
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience required.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross) required.
• IV certification required.
• Blood withdrawal/venipuncture experience required.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
• Urology clinic experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Assist physicians with examinations and clinical procedures.
• Perform IV therapy and blood draws/venipuncture.
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC EMR.
• Support patient intake, vital signs, and clinical assessments.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies.
• Assist with urology procedures when applicable.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
• Float to other specialty clinics as needed (rare requirement).
