The Clinical Nurse Educator – Operating Room Perioperative Services will champion evidence‑based practice and shape the next generation of OR professionals.
Role, Reporting, and TeamThe Clinical Nurse Educator – Operating Room Perioperative Services will report to the Director of Perioperative Services and collaborate closely with the OR Nurse Manager, Anesthesia leadership, Surgical Chiefs, and Sterile Processing to deliver high‑impact orientation, competency validation, in‑service education, CNOR preparation, and regulatory readiness.
Supported by friendly, collaborative nurses and a diverse, expert care team, the Clinical Nurse Educator – Operating Room Surgical Services will standardize best practices, optimize workflow, elevate safety culture, and mentor colleagues across pre‑op, intra‑op, and PACU for seamless patient care.
