The Nurse Manager Mother Baby Postpartum will drive staffing and scheduling excellence, mentor clinical practice, advance postpartum hemorrhage and safe-sleep bundles, strengthen HCAHPS performance, ensure accreditation readiness, steward budgets, and lead continuous improvement guided by AWHONN and ACOG standards.
