Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - Outpatient

LVN - Outpatient/Primary Care

Schedule:

Weekend requirement: 1 weekend per month

Requirements:

• Active California LVN license
• IV certification (valid at submission)
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an outpatient setting
• Required skills:
  
  Phlebotomy/blood withdrawal and IV start/maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform patient intake and record vital signs.
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms for physician review.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, and IVs as needed.
• Conduct basic wound care and phone triage.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation: 160 hours required.
• No scheduling requests can be accommodated.
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off; no RTO within the first 2 weeks of assignment.
