Pay$120,000-$140,000 annually + Bonus
ShiftFull-Time | Monday-Friday
QualificationsRequired
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Strong clinical skills including IV therapy, phlebotomy, injections, patient assessments, and triage.
- Previous RN experience in a private practice, concierge medicine, outpatient clinic, or similar patient-facing healthcare setting.
- Experience with care coordination, case management, patient follow-up, and clinical documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and outside providers.
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and ability to independently prioritize patient needs.
- Stable employment history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles.
Preferred
- Experience in concierge medicine, functional medicine, longevity/wellness, aesthetics, private medical practice, or high-touch patient care.
- Case management or care coordination experience.
- Strong IV and phlebotomy skills.
- Experience with aesthetic treatments, microneedling, wellness procedures, or other specialty clinical services.
- Experience working closely with one or more physicians in a smaller practice environment.
- Provide high-quality nursing support within a private concierge medical practice focused on personalized, high-touch patient care.
- Work directly with physicians and clinical team members to support patient visits, assessments, care plans, follow-up needs, and daily clinical operations.
- Perform hands‑on clinical duties including patient intake, vitals, blood draws, IV support, basic nursing assessments, and other direct patient care responsibilities.
- Support case management and care coordination by following up with patients, communicating with outside providers, gathering records, coordinating referrals, and helping ensure continuity of care.
- Balance direct patient care with administrative nursing responsibilities, including documentation, patient communication, medical record review, and care plan follow-through.
- Serve as a responsive and reliable clinical resource for patients, including limited after‑hours phone responsiveness for occasional patient questions or time‑sensitive needs.
- Thrive in a smaller, physician‑led practice environment where flexibility, professionalism, clinical judgment, and long‑term commitment are essential.
