Job Requirements:

• Experience:
  
  2 years in an Outpatient setting
• CA LVN
• Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood withdrawal
• Special Requirements:
  Phlebotomy and IV start skills

Job Details:

• Weekend REQ: 1 weekend per month
• Floating REQ:
  Yes
• On-Call REQ:
  No
• Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission
• NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
