Digital Asset Manager – Beverly Hills, California
This role owns the full asset lifecycle for approximately 1,750 digital assets per month, from shoot through final delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and on‑time execution. Responsibilities include basic photo editing support (resizing, color correction) and QA oversight of offshore post‑production and AI studio teams.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily post‑production operations and asset management workflows across the company’s brands and licensees.
- Actively manage the asset pipeline in varying stages of production and post‑production, maintaining attention to deadlines.
- Maintain organized asset libraries with accurate naming conventions across platforms, trackers, and storage systems, managing up to 1,750 files per month.
- Review and validate that assets meet retailer, marketing, packaging, and eCommerce specifications.
- Initiate and lead corrections of assets by working with offshore post‑production teams, photo editors, or other resources.
- Assist with quality control checks prior to final asset release and distribution.
- Support troubleshooting of asset inconsistencies, file issues, and delivery concerns.
- Assist with image cropping and resizing during high‑volume periods.
- Assist with GenAI rendering as assigned.
- Own end‑to‑end coordination with offshore partner teams, assigning work, fulfilling asset requests, resolving issues, and delivering eCommerce assets through defined processes and portals.
- Proactively monitor and elevate project risks, blockers, and missing assets to stakeholders.
- Provide timely status updates and workflow visibility to cross‑functional collaborators.
- Follow established workflow standards, naming conventions, and approved technology platforms.
- Identify opportunities to streamline communication, tracking, and asset delivery processes.
- Provide guidance, training, and workflow support to internal and external requestors.
- 4+ years of experience in post‑production, asset management, and/or creative operations in high‑volume environments.
- Proven ability to manage large asset bundles (400+ files) and high‑volume production timelines.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and DAM/PM tools such as Brandfolder and Asana.
- Previous leadership or team management experience preferred.
Work Arrangement: Role based at our Beverly Hills HQ a minimum of 4 days per week, with the possibility of one remote day depending on business needs.
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 USD per year.
