Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $85,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations.
  • Develop and implement property budgets, financial reports, and cost-effective management strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Negotiate lease agreements with tenants, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property improvements, repairs, and routine maintenance, ensuring work meets quality standards.
  • Handle tenant complaints and disputes, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive living or working environment.
  • Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates, including advertising vacancies and conducting property tours for prospective tenants.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions, identify necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
  • Proven track record in managing residential, commercial property MGT experience is a must.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control, (CAM) software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations and team management.
  • Proficiency in property management software and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various property management tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills to address tenant issues and property maintenance challenges.
