Four Seasons - 9500 Wilshire Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders according to production requirements and quality standards.;
Complete mis en place and set up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.;
Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment.;
Date all food containers and rotate as per policies; manage perishables and assist in controlling food cost and waste.;
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
