E-Commerce Operations Associate

ABOUT US:

DNAM Brands owns and licenses multiple iconic brands including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Associate who supports day-to-day online store operations, including order management, inventory tracking, and website updates. This role works closely with marketing, fulfillment, and merchandising teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused e-commerce experience.

This role requires Shopify fluency and familiarity with common apps and add-ons.

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations
• Strong familiarity with Shopify
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of inventory and fulfillment workflows
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in fashion or DTC brands preferred
• Tracking and managing stock for multiple brands across various sales channels

• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations across the website and marketplaces
• Manage product uploads, updates, and site merchandising
• Monitor inventory, order flow, and fulfillment issues
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
• Assist with site launches, promotions, and product drops
• Troubleshoot site issues and escalate as needed
• Track performance metrics and maintain operational reports
