Summary
The Client Advisor is a full‑time retail sales associate based in Beverly Hills responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards. They cultivate and manage client relationships and represent the brand during all client interactions.
Responsibilities- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communication.
- Provide high standards of client service and maintain the selling floor and merchandise presentation.
- Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and physical inventory.
- Adhere to store and company procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment selling high‑end goods and working with clientele‑oriented sales.
- Availability for open scheduling including seven‑day operations.
- Strong customer service, communication, and client relationship skills.
