Return Desk Associate

Salary Range

$17.05 - $21.32 per hour.

Under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations (AGMO), the Return Associate is responsible for facilitating returns sent to the store for processing and supporting the daily operations of specialized work groups.

• Facilitate returns sent to the store for processing.
• Support daily operations of specialized work groups.
• Open and close the digital return register.
• Follow protocols on policy and procedures for processing returns, adjustments, and assisting in reconciling reports.
• Maintain a neat and organized environment.
• Ensure product integrity by separating, organizing, and securing all returns.
• Resolve customer issues internally and externally.

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and handle cartons, racks, and carts of merchandise.
• Knowledge of POS systems and strong computer skills (Google, Microsoft Office). Ability to adapt to changing technology.
• Strong multitasking ability with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as per business needs and adhere to dependability standards.
• Attention to detail and an organized personal workspace.
• Ability to influence a team to follow store policies and procedures to assist in decision‑making.
