.

Role Overview

The Manager, Global Retail Technology Enablement shapes the future of the brand’s in‑store technology ecosystem and omni‑channel capabilities. This role defines the strategic vision and leads execution for POS, RFID, and omni‑channel solutions that elevate the customer experience, improve inventory visibility, and unlock productivity and scalable growth across markets.

In parallel, this position ensures that operational policies and procedures evolve with the technology roadmap—creating clear, consistent standards that enable seamless store execution worldwide. Success is measured through roadmap delivery, platform adoption, omni‑channel performance, inventory accuracy, and the creation of scalable, globally consistent operating standards.

This role partners closely with Digital, Retail Technology, Retail Operations, Finance, and International teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a rolling strategic roadmap for global retail technologies.
  • Identify capability gaps across store systems and define future‑state solutions to support scalability, international expansion, real‑time inventory visibility, and evolving customer behavior.
  • Partner with Digital and eCommerce teams to strengthen end‑to‑end omni‑channel journeys (e.g., BOPIS, ship‑from‑store, returns).
  • Evaluate emerging retail technologies and industry best practices to inform platform evolution.
  • Support long‑term infrastructure planning for new store concepts and global expansion.
Policy, Governance & Operational Standards
  • Develop and evolve policies and procedures that support global retail technologies, aligning system functionality with in‑store execution.
  • Establish governance frameworks for system enhancements and process changes, ensuring global consistency with room for local adaptation.
  • Translate system updates into clear operational standards, documentation, and field‑facing communications.
  • Partner with Retail Operations and Field Leadership to ensure policies are actionable, scalable, and support efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Cross‑Functional Partnership & Execution
  • Serve as a key business partner to Retail Technology and Engineering, translating operational needs into structured business requirements.
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses to support capital prioritization and technology investment decisions.
  • Lead cross‑functional alignment on scope, sequencing, testing, and global rollout strategies.
  • Partner with International teams to balance global platform consistency with market‑specific needs.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Define KPIs and success metrics; analyze performance data to identify opportunities across customer experience, conversion, labor productivity, and inventory accuracy.
  • Identify systemic friction points and drive enhancements to improve platform reliability, usability, and adoption.
  • Lead structured change management efforts, ensuring clear communication of system and policy updates to field teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4–7+ years of experience in HQ retail operations and/or a retail leadership role with strong operations focus.
  • Experience contributing to technology roadmaps or large‑scale system implementations.
  • Strong working knowledge of POS systems, RFID, inventory management platforms, and omni‑channel fulfillment models.
  • Experience developing retail policies and operational standards.
  • Proven ability to translate operational needs into clear business requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including building executive‑ready materials.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel to stores as needed.
