Cashier - Beverly Hills Flagship

Summary

The Cashier provides clerical and transactional support for front-of-house operations at the Beverly Hills flagship boutique, ensuring accurate processing of sales and exceptional client service. This role supports the sales and selling support teams with POS administration, reconciliation, and after-sales activities. The Cashier contributes to a seamless and memorable client experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

• Accurately record point-of-sale transactions, process sales and prepare opening and closing procedures with management.
• Process payments including cash, credit cards, and other applicable forms with high compliance and accuracy.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and tax refund requests according to company policies.
• Reconcile daily transactions and balances; verify amounts at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Input transaction and client information into the system and prepare daily cashier reports.
• Provide front-of-house client service including greeting, assisting with wrapping and packaging, and answering phones.
• Support general store operations and collaborate with the sales team on POS decisions as needed.

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of operating cash registers or point-of-sale terminals and strong cash handling experience preferred.
• Good numerical sense, attention to detail, and high levels of integrity when handling payments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multi‑task and handle difficult situations with composure.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Customer service oriented and able to work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
