Selling And Service Assistant - Beverly Hills Flagship

Summary

The Selling and Service Assistant supports front- and back-of-house operations at the Beverly Hills flagship, processing transactions and assisting the sales team to deliver exceptional client service. The role is responsible for POS accuracy, after-sales administration, CRM recordkeeping, and maintaining selling floor and stockroom organization in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

• Process and accurately record point-of-sale transactions and assist with opening and closing procedures
• Provide prompt, friendly client service including wrapping and packaging at point of sale
• Support sales team with merchandising, returning merchandise to the floor, and retrieving stock
• Maintain workstation and selling floor supplies and merchandising standards
• Assist with stockroom operations including replenishment, tagging, ticketing, and inventory prep
• Manage after-sales administration such as logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records
• Record accurate CRM files and answer phones with professional customer service

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; luxury environment preferred
• Experience with POS and cash handling strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and professionalism
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
