Return Desk Associate

Salary Range $17.05 - $21.32

Under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations (AGMO), the Return Associate is responsible for facilitating returns sent to the store for processing and supporting the daily operations of our specialized work groups.

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
• Ability to lift cartons, handle racks and carts of merchandise; lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required
• Knowledge of POS and strong computer skills (Google, MS Office, and adaptability to changing technology)
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment requiring a high degree of multitasking with minimal supervision

• Flexibility to work a schedule as per business needs and adherence to dependability standards
• Demonstrated attention to detail and maintenance of a clean personal workspace
• Ability to influence the team to follow store policies and procedures and assist in decision‑making

• Perform daily functions including but not limited to:
• Opening and closing the digital return register
• Maintaining a neat and organized environment
• Following protocols on policy and procedures for processing returns, adjustments, and assisting in reconciling reports
• Ensuring product is secured to standard and that all .com returns are separated, organized, and secure
• Resolving customer issues both internal and external

The starting hourly rate for this position is between $17.05 and $21.32 per hour. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include market, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
