Summary
The Store Manager of the Beverly Hills boutique is responsible for the overall commercial performance, operational excellence and client experience of the store. You will lead and develop the sales team, implement the store strategy and manage P&L, inventory and merchandising to drive long-term growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute store strategy to achieve sales targets and manage profit and loss
- Coach, train and motivate the sales team; set targets and monitor performance
- Manage inventory, optimize stock levels, conduct cycle counts and minimize shrinkage
- Ensure exceptional client experience, grow client loyalty and maintain a strong local presence
- Oversee merchandising, after-sales service, sales administration and coordinate in-store events
- Tertiary education and proven retail management experience
- Strong commercial acumen with analytical skills and experience managing P&L
- Excellent communication, networking and leadership skills; brand ambassador mindset
- Proficient with MS Office and digital tools; fluent English; additional languages a plus
