Boutique Assistant; Long-Term Temporary - Beverly Hills

Role Overview

The Boutique Assistant will support the execution of the client experience strategy in the Cartier boutique, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences that foster brand loyalty. The role involves both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house responsibilities, including client treatment, sales support, and boutique operational excellence.

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment that aligns with Cartier values.
• Assist the boutique team with front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, focusing on client treatment, appointment preparation, product presentation, and sales finalization.
• Support the flow of boutique traffic and daily management of the appointment booking tool (RDV) and queue.
• Enhance the boutique environment by maintaining visual standards of wrap rooms and client services areas.
• Support client treatment and personal services such as directions, restaurant reservations, entertainment requests, and floral orders.
• Assist with phone duties: answering calls, retrieving messages, and setting appointments.
• Respond to quick service and personalization requests, including strap changes, watch sizing, steam cleaning, and engraving.
• Participate in daily setup and breakdown of the boutique for opening and closing.
• Partner with the Operations Coordinator to manage stock maintenance of non‑sell‑ables.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills; MS Office required and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Must be capable of prolonged standing, walking, frequent bending or kneeling, and lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

• Must be available to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to handle glassware safely during hosting and service operations.
• Comfortable working in tight or confined back‑of‑house spaces.
• Ability to frequently climb stairs while moving between areas.

Expected Hourly Range: $24 to $25 (Overtime eligible). Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience. This position is payrolled through a third party.
