Stock Specialist - Beverly Hills Flagship

Summary

The Stock Specialist supports boutique operations by organizing stockrooms, receiving and distributing merchandise, and assisting the sales team to deliver an exceptional client experience. This role reports to the Operations Manager and works across multiple floors and product categories to maintain inventory flow and visual standards. The position requires physical ability to handle stock and flexibility to work varied schedules during peak periods.

• Organize and maintain clean, neat, and efficient stockrooms.
• Put away new deliveries daily and place incoming stock in appropriate stockrooms.
• Retrieve merchandise and additional sizes or colors for sales team and clients.
• Move product between floors and manage back-stocking tasks.
• Reticket merchandise returns and return items to floor or stock quickly.
• Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
• Support shipping and receiving and complete operational inventory transfers.
• Assist selling team with stock and size questions as needed.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Professional, detail oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills with a gracious and warm approach to clients and teammates.
• Flexible and adaptable scheduling to meet business needs.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Experience supporting retail operations and inventory workflows.
• Ability to work across multiple floors and product categories.
