Client Service Representative Supervisor

Summary

Manage day-to-day client service operations of the boutique, overseeing POS, aftersales, phone communication, cash integrity, inventory control, and loss prevention. Coach and supervise client service and stock associates, support the selling floor, and assist Boutique Leadership with operational tasks and customer exchanges. Ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining housekeeping and merchandising standards.

• Oversee POS operations, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and secure all cash and receipts.
• Manage aftersales, customer exchanges and returns, and communicate client requests and feedback to management.
• Train, coach, and supervise CSR and stock associates on operational tasks, safety, security, and company policies.
• Provide phone support, assist with packing/wrapping merchandise, participate in inventories, and support floor moves and merchandising.

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience; luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule with varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures; availability to travel as needed.
