Summary

Part‑time Sales/Stock Support Associate for the Beverly Hills store responsible for delivering excellent customer service on the sales floor and supporting all stockroom operations. The role includes engaging clients, assisting with product information and sales transactions, and receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for display. The associate maintains stockroom organization, cleanliness, and assists in inventory supervision under store manager direction.

• Greet and engage clients on the sales floor, provide product and brand information, and assist with styling needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and storage systems.
• Follow directives from the store manager and corporate office to support inventory and operational initiatives.

• Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment handling high‑end goods is a plus.
• Customer‑service oriented with the ability to engage and assist clientele professionally.
• Highly motivated, professional, and able to represent the James Perse brand lifestyle.
• Ability to perform stockroom duties including receiving, unpacking, and maintaining organized inventory.
• Comfortable operating a POS system and completing sales transactions.
