Assistant Store Director - Beverly Hills Flagship

Summary

The Assistant Store Director will support the Store Director at the Beverly Hills Rodeo flagship, overseeing store operations, business performance and customer service. This role helps drive sales targets, develop the sales team through coaching and training, and maintain the brand image and operational standards. The role requires hands‑on leadership on the sales floor and participation in store opening/closing and back office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including business performance, customer service and company image
• Drive achievement of store and individual sales targets and maximize sales by department
• Mentor, coach and develop retail associates to improve competencies and sales performance
• Monitor and ensure quality of client book data and collaborate on action plans
• Assist with recruiting, new hire inductions and staff training
• Enforce brand standards and operational procedures; open and close store and manage register and back office tasks
• Deliver exceptional service and manage customer relationships professionally and timely

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role
• Ability to work in a team with organization awareness, flexibility and strong product knowledge
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• Available to work closing shifts a minimum of 3 times per week, at least 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory and the holiday season
• Able to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly
