Client Service Representative - Beverly Hills

Summary

The Client Service Representative is responsible for day-to-day management of client service functions within the boutique, overseeing the POS system, aftersales, phone communication, cash integrity, inventory control and loss prevention. The role supports the selling floor and boutique operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient transaction handling. The CSR partners with boutique leadership on exchanges, returns, opening and closing procedures and operational tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers and provide a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions at registers and maintain cash and media integrity.
• Handle phone inquiries, take messages and transfer calls using proper telephone etiquette.
• Assist with packing and wrapping merchandise and manage customer exchanges and returns in partnership with management.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and secure cash and receipts.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, inventories and housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving product, inventory control and loss prevention activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience; luxury retail background preferred.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule including varied hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move and lift boxes and fixtures as required.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures and availability to travel as needed.
